Cheesy potatoes

8 medium potatoes
1 stick butter
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cup shredded cheese
1 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)

peel and cut potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash. Mix in butter. Mix in sour cream and ¾ cup of bacon, and 1 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle potatoes in casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.

Bake in 305 degree oven for 20 minutes
